Because who doesn’t want to read a book that helps upsell you to a $3000 seminar taught by a guy who only actually sells $3000 seminars and books and has no other sales experience?
I guess if your goal is to convince business people to buy your seminar for business people then Dan Lok is a credible source. Though I feel that market saturation for that product has probably already occurred.
TLDR: This book is like me writing a book on how to conduct open heart surgery and people buying that book because, while I am not a doctor and have no experience doctoring, I talk nicely about being a doctor and some other non-doctors like that about me.

Dan’s material is mainly regurgitated Dan Pena stuff. I laughed when Dan used to tell everyone he lived in a Penthouse, its actually 3 floors lower than the Penthouse, so when he got caught, he then, and now calls it a ‘Sub Penthouse.’ Dude certainly has made money, but not as much as most assume, he like others makes money by seminars and online sales. His mentor was more analogue, he did same but had expensive seminars live at his Castle.

Yeah Ceasar, Dan Pena owns Guthrie Castle in Scotland, he did not realise the costs of such, as it costs around £10grand, just to heat the hallway entrance lol

You lot are complaining about this guy upselling to buy into his seminars/courses but then you are yourself on an illegal file sharing site and know damn well where to steal his seminars and courses for free too. He may be sneaky but he is not a liar.
Running any successful business is hard work and the same goes for dropshipping through ecommerce or opening a brick and mortar store selling everything.
Also, thousands of books are released each year do you think everyone is saying something origanal
