What is the point of power if it is not used properly? How likely is it to be used properly if it was not gained properly? A book for radicalized children whose selfishness makes the world worse.

I am Thinking of getting this for a friend at Christmas. Anyone know how factual it is? I bought him something similar back in 2015/16 and I’m not sure if it was the book or his inability to read that resulted in that present being a complete farce.
